Hinda Osman Dhirane, 46, of Kent, was sentenced in U.S. District Court along with Muna Osman Jama, 36, of Reston, Virginia. Jama received a 12-year sentence. Hinda Osman Dhirane was once recorded laughing about the deaths and maiming of Americans in the Boston Marathon bombing.
