As a police officer I investigated numerous cases of this fraud involving Eastern European criminals.  The case I investigated was the AIG incident here in Seattle and surrounding counties involving Straw Buyers.  Because my name is Michael Javorsky, the involved parties, would be very nice to me thinking I would give them preferential treatment, because they thought I was born in Eastern Europe.  They tried to scam me as well.  But these cases were very important because I learned the real state business and mortgage fraud better than the criminals.
