Federal contractors caught cheating the system and businesses like mine.

This is excellent news.  As a small business, I spend hours and hours completing federal bureaucratic plagued paper work - requests for proposals/contracts only to be cheated out because the entire systems is rigged.  This is one instance where a company was caught, unfortunately, there are hundreds of other companies engaging in the same conduct, screwing small businesses like mine.
